PROJECT MANAGER
Our single-source management philosophy requires energetic individuals capable of performing a wide variety of tasks necessary to complete a construction project. This ‘beginning to end’ system of management allows the project manager to have a true sense of ownership in each project. With this ownership comes a greater level of responsibility for the project outcome.
SUPERINTENDENT
Because of our wide range of product types, we are always looking for quality-minded superintendents who have a strong commitment to safety. Working with a Zapalac/Reed project manager, the superintendent diligently performs coordination, scheduling, direction of self-performed and subcontract work, and quality control throughout the duration of construction.
